We focus on agent-as-a-service micro-businesses — where autonomous agents do repeatable knowledge work for clients. Think: lead generation, market research, content production, outreach automation. The model that can run with minimal human intervention after setup.
Plan for 2-3 hours per day: 1 hour live call + 1-2 hours applying what you learned. Your agents run in the background — you don't need to babysit them. Weekends are light: check in on your agent dashboard, iterate if needed.
Life happens. We record all calls, but attendance is weighted heavily in your experience. If you miss more than 2 calls, we'll connect you with a peer accountability partner to make sure you don't fall behind. Missing calls is the #1 predictor of not finishing.
